About Us

Founded in a garage in 2009 in Amelia County, YakAttack® has quickly grown into a leader in the fishing, paddlesports, and kayak fishing industry. We specialize in kayak fishing gear, kayak rigging, outfitting for boats/skiffs, and as anglers that are tightly integrated into the fishing community, we are acutely aware of what this sport needs. As a result, our designs are always problem solving solutions that are relevant, effective, and second to none in terms of quality and performance. As a company, we put our values, our customers, product quality, and our made in the USA commitment above all else, and it shows in everything we do. Our headquarters and manufacturing facility is located at 100 Industrial Park Road in Farmville, VA, and is where we perform customer service, marketing, engineering, injection molding, and anything in-between. YakAttack products can be purchased locally from Appomattox River Co. and from retailers all across the country as well as several countries outside of the USA.
