Healthy Kids Day® on Saturday, April 26th from 10AM-2PM is a FREE community event that helps families find fun through active play and educational opportunities and inspires them to carry that spirit of fun throughout their summer. Bring the family to the Southside Virginia Family YMCA for a day of fun fitness activities, crafts, interactive dance demos, and a Dash n’ Splash Youth Race at 9AM to kick off the day!
