Event Description:
Join Park staff and the Friends of High Bridge Trail at Charley's Waterfront Cafe for a celebration of the 98th anniversary of the steel viaduct entering service.  Park interpretive specialist Bob Flippen will give a Power Point presentation on the bridge's construction in 1913 and 1914. High Bridge Model Railroad Club will present a static display of High Bridge and also an operational model train set. Cake and refreshments will be served.  For more information call the park office at 434-315-0457 or email highbridgetrail@dcr.virginia.gov
