Introduction to Proposal Writing

On October 14, 2015, a representative from the Foundation Center will be on the Longwood University campus to give a workshop entitled ?Introduction to Proposal Writing? at Greenwood Library in room 209A. The event runs from 10AM-11:30AM and is open to the public. The workshop will provide an overview of how to write a standard project proposal to a foundation. Other topics include some basic elements of a proposal, the do?s and don?ts of writing and submitting a proposal, how to answer follow-up questions, and a hands-on exercise to develop a proposal outline.
