An Irish countryside and it's people are threatened to be torn apart by a cultural invasion of British soldiers. Against a hauntingly beautiful backdrop, a forbidden romance between an Irish girl and a British soldier tells the story of the powers and dangers of language and it's ability to divide us- and sometimes help us fall in love. Rated PG-13 for mild adult themes and humor. Running time: 2 hours and 5 minutes.
