Come enjoy a summer night under the stars at High Bridge Trail State Park. This astronomy event will feature a sky tour of currently visible constellations, asterisms, and other celestial objects, including the Summer Triangle and Milky Way. The planets Mars and Saturn, which have been in the night sky for several months, will be close together near the bright star Spica forming an unusual trio of lights. Participants will get a closer look at these and other celestial objects through tripod-mounted binoculars and a telescope (clouds permitting).
